TMS CADCentre in partnership with Graebert UK LTD are pleased to invite you to a free hands-on seminar demonstrating how the use of mobile equipment and software can help your organisation to produce site survey drawings and reports in _ the time and _ the cost of traditional methods, but with 100% accuracy. We will be running two identical seminars, morning & afternoon, we hope your organisation will attend at least one of them (see agenda below).
What you will see
We will be demonstrating three products from the SiteMaster product range, SiteMaster Building, TopoSurvey & Facade.
SiteMaster products are professional mobile surveying solutions that create AutoCAD® compatible drawings on-site that can be used by professional surveyors and other non CAD professionals alike. Unlike the traditional tape, pen and paper method, SiteMaster embraces Bluetooth technology to capture the measurements taken and puts them into the software creating instant CAD drawings on-site in .DWG 2008, .FLX, .DWF or .DXF on a Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 ® Pocket PC 2003 ®, Windows CE® Tablet and every Windows XP® or Windows Vista device. You will also get a chance to see and use some of the Bluetooth laser measuring devices that are 100% compatible with SiteMaster including TotalStation and hand held devices from companies such as Leica & Hilti.
Two Hands-on sessions
In order to allow everyone to get the most from attending we will be running two concurrent sessions at the event, you can choose which one to attend on the day. Session A will be concentrating on SiteMaster Building (creation of survey floor plans) with ample time to try out the technology for real. You’ll create the basic room, collect room data, room details and attributes. Carry out Triangulation of non square rooms, insert photos, voice notes, then export data and save as an AutoCAD DWG file. Session B will cover SiteMaster TopoSurvey (land surveying) & SiteMaster Façade (building elevations). You will work in car park to collect detail and create live drawing to include set up, station manager, levels, objects creation of .dwg in field. You will also collect 2/3D data of the building to create a live and visual façade drawing ready to be saved in DWG format.
